"The host,the location."
"Everything was brilliant. If I could suggest something, then a curtain in the small bedroom would be brilliant to keep the light out."

"We liked everything. The hotel is new, clean, and beautiful. We chose it because it had a pool, which unfortunately turned out to be cold, as it was not on the sunny side. The food was delicious, but not varied enough. Good location for everything: the center, restaurants, and the sea."
"The room for three people lacked a closet to store clothes if you are staying for a week or longer."
"The rooms are very clean and smell great. The best choice in Ksamil. We will definitely come back here. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They are very hospitable. 10/10 thank you."

"Really nice and small hotel with a nice pool and a fantastic owner. It’s like 2 min away from the beach and a lot of food options close by."
"Most of the nearby beaches only have spots with an umbrella you have to rent for like 15€ a day."
"Super friendly staff, we felt at home ! Excellent location, very close to the beach and city centre"

"I always choose to stay at CC Hotel Vlore whenever I can, because the service is truly excellent. A big part of this amazing experience comes from Mira, the host, who is incredibly welcoming and knows exactly how to make guests feel comfortable and satisfied. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The breakfast prepared and served by Mira deserves 10 stars! What impresses me the most is the consistency — from the day the hotel opened until now, they have maintained the same high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Fantastic experience every time. Highly recommended!"

"Helena is a wonderful host (and person), and anyone can feel she does her job with passion. Breakfast was awesome, the sea view is breathtaking. The appartments are large and very modern, noticeably of high quality materials. We liked being super close to everything, while away from the noise and agitation in order to relax at night. Helena shared great tips for visiting around and made our stay a delight!"
"Very good location. Close to the beach and the seafront to enjoy all the amenities of the seafront, but far enough away to escape the noise of the seafront. The apartment was very clean. Air con in the main room, fans in the bed rooms. Shutters in front of the windows. Flat was nice and cool at all times. Nice big balconies. Responsive and accommodating host."
"All was fantastic, as usual"
