"房间和图片一致，仿佛来亲戚家做客的感觉，Anahit和Hamlet非常热情，卫生干净 ,入住放心，远离热闹的街市，所以隔音好，晚上睡得很安稳，每天享用Anahit的早餐，非常美味🥰，离别时我们互赠了礼物，非常感动，我想我会怀念这里的一切，欢迎大家选择这家民宿，也邀请Anahit和Hamlet来中国玩～"

"Of course the Host! Anna and Gamlet were amazing! They were very warm and took great care of me. Anna cooked me very delicious foods! The Khacapuri was 10/10 you dont even need to order from restaurant. Anna even helped me to book saloon for my hair and eyebrows in order not to get me scammed 🙏 for the house itself, I got very nice room, I love their garden ( we spent so much time to harvest grapes and walnuts). Overal I love my stay here, it was very memorable. Thank you Gamlet and Anna! I surely will come back"

"Понравилось доброжелательность и гостеприимство. Вкусный завтрак он же обед. Гамлет (хозяин) встретил и забрал меня с аэропорта рано утром, далее отвёз обратно в аэропорт, по пути так же провел экскурсию по городу показав основные достопримечательности. Спасибо Гамлету и его супруге Анне за гостеприимство."

"The hosts were some of the kindest and warmest people I’ve ever met. They made me feel truly welcome, and it felt more like staying with family than just a booking. The house itself was clean, quiet, cozy, with a retro, old-school Armenian charm that gave it a very authentic feel. The backyard had a view and trees with fruits. Very genuine people."

"The bed was a bit firm and squeaky for my preference, but the kindness and hospitality of the hosts made it easy to overlook."

"Превосходное пребывание у замечательных хозяев! Огромное спасибо Гамлету и его супруге за тёплый приём и заботу! Нас ждали свежие фрукты — арбуз, дыня, абрикосы прямо с их собственного огорода. Утро начиналось с ароматного армянского кофе, который они с любовью готовили. Хозяева невероятно доброжелательные и гостеприимные, создают атмосферу уюта и спокойствия. Терраса — это отдельное удовольствие: с неё открывается потрясающий вид на весь Ереван. Локация просто идеальна — даже в самые жаркие летние дни здесь свежо и комфортно. Особая благодарность Гамлету за интересную экскурсию, благодаря которой мы узнали много нового об Армении. Рекомендуем всем, кто ищет настоящее армянское гостеприимство и уют!"

"This apartment is in a good location in the center, very clean and comfortable, the landlord is very respectful and friendly and spoke Persian like an Iranian. I think the rating of 3 out of 5 is not fair and I suggest the good booking site to increase this rating because in the comments section, the shortcomings that were previously noted, such as the bathroom and furniture, have all been renovated and replaced and the furniture was very comfortable. So if I want to stay in Yerevan again for daily rent, I will definitely choose this apartment. So I say to the landlord: Thank you"
