"Very nice and warm place, with cute and friendly animals that create a unique, homely atmosphere. It's perfectly located — near to the center of the city, so all the main attractions are within walking distance, yet the area itself is very quiet and peaceful. A perfect choice for a relaxing stay!"

"Wonderful place! The host was very supportive and helpful. There were cute cats and dogs, an amazing view, and the apartment itself looked great and had everything we needed. The whole place felt friendly and cozy. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, and we enjoyed those little walks. Overall, we totally recommend it — the best option for this price!"

"The location is near the central area of Jerevan, about 10 min walk away. It is a little uphill, so there is a nice panorama of the city visible. The studio itself was spacious and with all the facilities needed for life: kettle, electric cooker, washing mashine. There is a nice terracce just outside the room with table and chairs to sit. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom also was spacious and clean. I had a good stay and would stay there again."

"Отличное место за свою цену. Дружелюбные хозяева, собаки и кошки. Уютно, как будто к бабушке приехал на лето. Есть горячая вода, чистые полотенца и постельное белье. Вода из крана не такая вкусная, как в пулпуляке, но пить можно. Шикарный вид на город. Вся территория - это сад, в котором можно приятно отдыхать."
"Если нужен лакшери сервис и бассейн на крыше - это не сюда. Местами грязновато. По улице гулять особо негде, можно спуститься в центр, но это история про несколько лестниц."
"Отдельные студии для одного-двух человек, есть стиральная машина, небольшая кухня с минимум необходимых вещей. Достаточно просторно, есть стол, за которым можно работать. Интернетом не пользовалась, но вроде бы есть вайфай. Полноценный санузел, горячая вода, все удобно. Хозяева супер"

"我在这里住了四个晚上。它应该是埃里温最便宜的住宿了，位置很好，在埃里温大教堂旁边，附近小商店很多，很方便。 青旅的管理者非常友善，这里的住客也很好！每天晚上都被邀请一起吃饭，真的很感动，像家一样温暖的地方。 做饭很方便，就是很容易被热情的住客们拉住吃饭🍚我第一天就买了菜，直到第三天才终于做上饭😂"
