"Great place and owner. You have everything you need for living, even vegetable peeler :D It's center of the city so you can reach anything you want: shops, museums, squares, pars, cafes.. Thank you! I had a great time and would like to come back someday."

"Wi-Fi could be better. It exists and it works. But sometimes it's difficult to load web-pages, especilly finish some authentication processes. For instance, Youtube works fine without hangups on 240p."

"We had a great stay at this accommodation. The host, Mr. Mike, was kind and accommodating, which made our experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent—close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Republic Square, making it very convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located place, and we would definitely recommend it to others."

"Уютная квартира, рядом большой супермаркет, до площади республики примерно 15 минут идти, все рядом. Из окна красивый вид на Ереван. Хозяин квартиры дружелюбный, все было чистое. Есть лифт"

"Суперская локация! Квартира очень просторная, много свободного места для вещей, чтобы комфортно расположиться. Есть гладильная доска, утюг, сушилка для белья, в ванной разные шампуни, гели для душа, а ещё стиралка с порошком! Под домом ресторан с армянской кухней, в пешей доступности торговый центр с большим продуктовым и фуд-кортом, небольшой рынок с местными овощами, фруктами, ягодами. Прямо во дворе стоит красивущий питьевой фонтанчик. Есть лифт, так что чемоданы не приходится таскать."

"We stayed in the ground-floor studio with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was perfect for a family with a small child. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean — the sheets were bright white and everything felt fresh. The backyard is beautiful, with lots of trees and a fireplace where guests gather in the evenings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In short, this guest house is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing city escape."

"We just wrapped up a wonderful two-night stay at Dilijan Villas, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip. The staff was truly exceptional—they provided the best service we’ve experienced. Everyone was incredibly helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even served us complimentary tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of the standout moments was when they generously offered us two hours of free access to the swimming pool, even though it wasn't originally included in the cottage we booked. It’s those kinds of gestures that make a place feel special. We also have to mention the lovely breakfast each morning; it was delicious and the perfect way to start the day.
