"Wifi was excellent, good location, good price, quiet place, the double bed was comfortable enough, there was always hot water."

The single bed was not comfortable (on one side I was feeling that I was sinking). The A/C wasn't working because the remote control was missing. I contacted the host, he said that he will take care of it, but he did not. To be honest, it wasn't so hot and for most days I did not need the A/C. However, for the last few days of my stay I could really use the A/C, especially at night. The shared fridge could be cleaner. The bathroom did not have a window, it only had a kind of fan on the ceiling which did not work particularly well. As a result, some unpleasant odors persisted and the waters caused by showering could not evaporate very quickly.

We had some problems with the door that never worked for the whole stay but the reception staff was helpful

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Karaluchy! Codziennie jakiegoś znajdywaliśmy. Mieszkanie wydawało się bardzo czyste, więc może kwestia starego budynku? Choć klatka schodowa była brudna. Dodatkowo rozpadająca się deska sedesowa, brak wymiany ręczników przez cały pobyt i zbyt mała ilość papieru toaletowego.

"Ulan made us feel so very welcome in his guesthouse. The location is perfect, so after spending our first day in Kyrgyzstan in Ala Archa, we were at the guesthouse within 15 minutes by car (parking was available). We had a great chat with Ulan and he taught us a lot about his country, it was very interesting. We even got a little performance from his son on the komuz. It really was such a great way to start our travels in this country. The room was comfortable as well, with nice soft beds and a clean bathroom. As we were staying in March we used the AC for some extra heat which was lovely as well. After a good night sleep we ended our stay with an incredible breakfast (bread, eggs, sausage, tomato, porridge, cakes) we couldn't even finish because it was so much. Thank you, to Ulan and the family, for a great stay!"

Dreadful road with huge potholes in the road to the units. Not Access fault.

"The accommodation was in the flat, which was on the first Floor. It was a private room with AC and TV. You could cook in the kitchen. McDonald's was a one-minute walk away. The public beach is 5 minutes by car. Qidfa beach. The beach is very clean. The landlord is a very friendly and nice person. The flat had no small kids, and it was very calm. Close to Fujairah and Khor Fakkan. You would stay here 1 or more nights."

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

特に無し 困った事や不明点ががあったらメールで質問したらすぐに返信が来て対応してくれた チェックイン＆チェックアウトが別の建物（徒歩数分）でやらなければいけないのが少しだけ不便といえば不便
