"这家酒店性价比比较高，早餐相当丰盛。前台服务很不错，我们订了大床房，当我们提出希望是双床房时，前台尽力满足了我们的需求，其实这意味着房型升级。我们对索菲亚的当地餐不怎么了解，前台给我们做了很好的介绍，并很乐意打电话到餐馆给我们订了座。酒店提供的行李寄存也很不错，当中到别处游玩很方便。这家酒店的服务如此出色，我们将在索菲亚的八天酒店中的六天订在了这家酒店。"

"Kranevo turned out to be a good choice for traveling with a child. Basic infrastructure is there. Good beach. Nearby are paths for walking in the mountains along the sea. 1. The hotel is between 2 and 3 stars. Overall, it's okay :) It is clean, the linen is changed. The water in the shower is leaking 2. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is large, clean, and has easy access to the water. 3. Good staff. They speak English, Bulgarian, Russian, and Romanian. 4. Breakfast is not fancy, but there's a wide selection. 5. The pool is large and clean. 6. Our room was quiet (the windows overlooked a grassy area)."
