"The location, the secured property, regular customer service interaction with prompt problem solving interventions. Personable owner who made sure our concerns were addressed through our virtual and phone call interactions."
Few things which the owner is aware of herself and were addressed. Permanent fix of those issues will allure to the benefit of future bookings. Would be good to check drainage flow especially in bathroom area where pools of water forms after bath but eventually clears.
