"comfortable well equipped space. Granny flat under a house. About an hour into the centre of Paris from the RER ~ 10euro Uber, or bus right at the door, to the RER station. right on the river which was good for seeing barges"
"but no river path for walks. area not very charming or lively ~ dormitory suburb"

"Great overnight stop while supporting a cycling group; self contained in a tranquil spot 🙂"

"We arrived late, and easily got into the apartment, which is very friendly, well equipped, the heating was fine, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom is an extra. It is also very close to two important castles. Easy to park, next to the house. The Owners described everything very clearly, everything was well organized."
"The pillow was too high and hard, we couldn't sleep on it. The tea selection was a small kindness, but there were only two types of exotic tea. The bedroom, compared to the rest of the apartment, is underdecorated and not so welcoming."
"Everything is new and clean, the host is very accommodating"

"Brand new, super clean, lovely design, very comfortable. Excellent contact with the host. Nice little spot to even take your morning coffee with a view."

"My stay was pleasant and well_rounded. Good location and accessibility, i was warmly welcomed. The apartment offered a sumptuous view of the seine river. The place was quiet and calm allowing for a restful experience without disturbances. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with TV connected to various programs, including Netflix in both the living room and the bedroom, a safety package with a first aid kit, a kitchen complete with a microwave, fridge, and washing machine. There was an available parking slot where i comfortably parked my car."
"Something to improve is the light outside of apartment as the way was dark after 7pm"
"Everything was great!!!"

"The view was breathtaking. It is a lot of steps and you have to plan trips in and out of the apartment, but location and view definitely worth it. Apartment is very spacious, Kitchen fully equipped. Good size bedrooms. It's in the middle of the old town, but no issues with the noise. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice thouch"
"Amazingly equipped apartment — spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. Xavier was a wonderful host: very kind and flexible, allowing me to drop off my luggage early and check out later. The neighborhood is also perfect — clean, quiet, close to the metro and just a short walk from the city center. It made my stay in Paris even more enjoyable! Thank you!"
"La luminosité, la propreté, les équipements et l’accueil d’Isabelle. Un endroit apaisant."

"Ground floor flat in a modern block, scrupulously clean, everything you could need. Excellent communication with host (and a warm welcome) and all was exactly as planned. Very easy to get into town or nearby beautiful coast; safe and secure. Car parking on site. Supermarket 5 mins' drive away."
