"新投入使用的住房，非常整洁干净，厨房设施齐全，卫浴干湿分离，很适应小住一段时间并自己烹菜做饭的客人。尽管我们没有做菜烹饪。所在区域离尼斯火车站很近，步行10分钟左右，去尼斯景点都方便，我们在尼斯期间就从火车站出发去了摩纳哥和周边小镇，都是当天来回。"

"The location is great. The studio apartment was spotless clean! Iona even provided washing capsules, coffee, oil and spices. The bed is comfortable. The wardrobe space is super useful to store the luggage and hang up clothes. Really everything was prepared for the guests to feel home!"

"Lovely house, easy to find, spacious, clean, easy parking, convenient for the bakery, supermarket, pharmacy...nice to get beds for the whole family, not a sofa bed. Good information from the host prior to arrival and easy access to keys."

"The location is great, just 5-7 min to the seaside. Near the apartment are different shops, cafes, restaurants. Apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean, with everything you may need. Air conditioning is very good."

"Self checkin was a funny quiz for us, we enjoyed! The location was great, as train station is not far as well as Menton city with a big variety of cafes. The place itself is very comfortable, especially for group stays, as has 7 beds and 2 toilets. All was clean upon our arrival and there was a possibility to use washing machine, which is nice if your stay is prolonged. An advise for the future travellers is to buy anti mosquito liquids for the evening."
"Very nice place very clean very useable and great. Take note there are doors between bedroom and living area and a sofa that has seen better days for someone to sleep on. There were 2 issues.. parking and access see the section on what I didn't like"
