"The apartment is in a very nice and quiet area, slightly away from the city center. The outdoor space, most of which is in common with the other 2 apartments, is huge and extremely well-kept. The owner has a separate part of the garden where they keep 3 sheep: we were really surprised that there was no animal smell whatsoever. We had a minor issue at the beginning of our stay, but we got in touch with them and received timely and efficient assistance. Having the possibility of using the bikes they make available to their guests is another great feature. The house in general and the kitchen in particular are very well equipped."

"as many others have said, having a toilet with no sink on another floor than the "salle de bain" is not especially convenient, but we were aware of it and it wouldn't be a reason not to consider this place again for the future."

"The property was spacious for 4 adults. It was in a very quiet location but near to all the facilities and Caen itself. Excellent base to visit that part of Normandy."
