"Beautiful clean and spacious apartment in a very nice locality. All major facilities were available. We stayed with the family for 3 nights and really enjoyed. Very close to a bus stop. Underground safe parking was available. The view was also good"
"The sofa bed was out of shape and not comfortable at all. It was bent in the middle and tilting down at the head area. It made so much squeeking and cracking sounds. The property is advertised as 'sleeps 4'. The sofa bed was unextreamely unfortable. Toilet paper quality was so low/cheap that it just dissolved in the hands. Handwash was almost empty. we stayed for 3 nights and had to go to carrefour to get a new one. These are small things but can affect the experience."
"It was clean, very safe. Beds were comfortable. Small patio outside to sit with morning coffee. Great location, Uber to Disney park set at €12. Very good communication with owner- clear instructions on how to get into property."
"Aucun."
"Good location - 25min walk/20min with a bus to Disneyland, 10min walk to big shopping center. Nice, good sized and quiet. Host very quick to reply on all questions."
"Cleanliness not ideal (dirty floors). Sofa bed bearable for 2-3 nights."
"Very clean and comfortable. Great location close to all amenities"

"It was clean and in a great area."
"There is nothing we can think of."
"Clean and modern. Great location close to Disney and Val d'Europe. A good size."
"Little things: there were no tea towels or drainer to use when washing up. And no dish cloth. Also few kitchen utensils, for example no peeler or grater. Just needs a better equipped kitchen."
"Walking distance to Disneyland, nice and clean apartman, well equipped kitchen."
"Maybe an extra hand towel would be great in the bathroom."
"Excellent location. Perfect for Disney and only 5 min walk to a huge shopping centre. Uber to Disney cost around €10. Would definitely stay here again. Apartment is a really good size. Outside private garden which unfortunately we did not get to use due to the constant rain. Air con and heating all provided. Really can't fault anything."

"Please read the details sent by the owner, getting into the property is relatively easy but complicated if you don't fully follow the instructions"
"The accomodation was beautifully decorated with all the comforts and needs of a traveller considered. The stay was very relaxing."
"The apartment has everything needed for everyday living, while remaining quite compact. The kitchen essentially also serves as the entryway. It is fairly quiet (although on the last night the garbage collection from the street was quite noisy). At the same time, the apartment is located right in the very center, almost on the first sea line. The location is the strongest advantage of these apartments. There is an option to additionally reserve a space in a private parking garage for €29. It is located in another building, about a 5-minute walk away. Given Nice’s parking issues and the security of this garage, I think this is a sensible option for travelers arriving by car."
"It was modern, clean and comfortable."
"Great location if you're going to an event at the Stade. But probably wouldn't be great for any other type of stay. Comfortable bed. Lift to the 5th floor. Secure free parking."
"The apartment is spacious, well organised, you have all the amenities at your disposal. It is well located (approximately 2km on foot to the city center). There is a covered parking spot in the garage area."
