"Strategic location,in the center and closed to public transport. Cozy and stylish room, confortabile bed."

"It was lovely and clean, good location and clear instructions from Éric on access to apartment. The space was perfect for a short break and very comfortable. I also felt very safe as a solo traveller."

"Not a huge amount of choice of restaurants in area, however cannot complain as there is a restaurant just downstairs and within walking distance from Jardin du Luxembourg, which is beautiful."

"First of all, the hosts were very kind, they allowed the check-in 2 hours earlier, which for a family with a child means a lot. Regarding the apartment, it is clean and equipped with everything a house needs, nothing was missing, which made our stay there perfect."

"Very nice and comfortable apartment. Located just a short walk from different metro stations, which makes it super accessible. Neighbourhood is very nice and safe, juts a short walk away from lovely restaurants, shops etc. Apartment is equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. Host is very attentive and accommodating - we had an unexpected delay on our journey and he was so understanding and waited for our arrival to show us around. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend this place."

"The location of the property was very good. Lovely and quiet, and there was a nice trail for walking just to the side. If you like chestnuts, its the walk for you! Both Sandy and Charles were great and only on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. The property itself was wonderful. Plenty of living space downstairs to relax, the pool table was a great addition. It kept us entertained every night. Plenty of outside space for our dogs to play on. All-in-all we had a fabulous stay!"

"The flat has everything you need, and spacious enough. I started alone so was awesome. A couple can easily stay. I worked from there few days. Had to attend a conference so picked this, is 30 mins in Metro to Paris City center. That's amazing. The Metro station is close by. Supermarkets walking distance. The flat was extremely clean and well maintained. The host Ramona was extremely nice, for me an iron as I needed to prepare for work meetings. Neighborhood is great, not to quiet like dead. Lot of locals live here, is very safe."
