"Lovely owners and a great location"

"This place is so clean and fresh! Spotless! 10 min walk from the fountain, lovely hosts and even marani in the building!"

"Great location, very friendly host."
"Blood stain on one of the bed covers.."
"Excellent location on a quiet street 5 minutes from Colchis fountain. Charming room with a lovely balcony. Best of all was the lovely owners who gave us home made wine to try."

"The owners were kind and helpful and accommodating to us."

"Staff was very nice, available, always kind and smiling. Ready to give advice and help. A problem was the bathroom, very small and smelling somehow bad..."

"Location is perfect, buiding is very close to center, but in a really quiet area. Easy to find, really great spot. Reasonable price. Quiet A/C. Good for a night stay. Also did not try the breakfast, so can't judge food."
"Strong smell of mold in the hall, not in the room, but we even placed towel under the door not to enter it our room. The shower is not separated, you shower where the washbowl is, so the flow is always wet, your feet get when when you go to toilet, brush your teeth etc. Super annoying and feels dirty. If you do not get room with view, it's just wall 2 meters away. Maybe with different rooms, things are different, we had a Quadruple comfort room, I doubt the comfort."
"+ location! + extremely nice host + cleanliness"
"- we did not get any access to the main door and needed to ring the doorbell and wait for the owner every time we wanted to get in - the room was quite small"

Zijun Guest House Victor
"The dinner and the breakfast were rich and tasty. Many of the raw materials for the food are grown by the family (f.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, honey, trout, etc.) and they offer also own wine."
Raivo hotel alismereti
Yinshu Hotel Chateau Iveri
"The location is great, the room itself was clean, but there were stuff which I did not like. For example, the door of the balcony was not functioning properly, additionally, the bathroom door handle was partially loose, and the room door itself did not function properly, it required significant effort to close and was not smooth when locking. We were also dissatisfied with the breakfast, as the selection was very limited and the food was not pleasant to eat, so we left without having breakfast. Overall, there were some minor issues, however it was acceptable for a 1–2 night stay, especially since the room was genuinely clean and there were no shortcomings in that regard."
Guraspashvili Park Hotel Tsinandali Estate
"Very lovely room with kitchenette and sofa. Very well equipped. Kind and helpful host. Thoroughly recommend."
Alan Hotel Home+
