"The room is good, the bathroom is clean with very good and hot shower. The location of this guesthouse is in a walkable distance to the center, about 800 mts to Argo Cablecar. We have a very comfortable stay here and especially the price is so affordable among the best we’ve stayed in Georgia."

"A warm welcome, they were looking out for me. And early next morning they were kind enough to drive me to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower and WiFi. Very good value."

"Traffic noise during the day. It got quieter at night."

"Our room was very nice, and our host was even better. It's a great location in batumi, and could only recommend if you are staying in batumi for a few days. There is a small common erea outside, and a washing machine. We got clean towels everyday"
