"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

"We have enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, bar, pool, outdoor facilities. During our stay, we appreciated the quality of services and reception by the staff."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"除了老建筑必然存在的共通缺点以外，我的都柏林之旅因这家酒店而更加完美。无论从机场过来，乘大巴往返贝尔法斯特，还是参加去莫赫悬崖的一日游，这里的位置都堪称绝佳。距离圣帕特里克节游行的出发点也很近。5分钟步行有lidl超市。 我会一直记得在城堡酒店地下一楼的餐厅里吃早餐的享受。"

老建筑的共通缺点无法避免：隔音差，我可以听见隔壁房间客人每一次翻身带来的床垫咯吱声。建筑结构如同迷宫，乘电梯到达自己所在楼层后，到房间之前还要经历两次上下楼梯。对行动不便的老人，尤其是使用轮椅的客人来说十分不适合。
