The appearance of the building is quite old . but the staff kindness outweighed it.

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

唯一不足之处就是房间面积稍小了点，不过只是睡觉而已也是足够了。

"Great place to stay for a few nights. The bed was BIG and very comfy. Super friendly staff and the patio/restaurant is great. Delicious coffee and breakfast. Also very good for dinner. The servers are super friendly"

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Once there was a shot power cut but it lasted only 10 mins.

"位置优越，距离地铁站仅五分钟路程，去运河区和博物馆区都非常方便。房间很大，设施齐全，对于我们这种长途长时间旅行携带大量行李的客人来说，摆放东西很方便，很欣赏这一点，退房时前台赠送小礼物，很喜欢。"

电梯很迷你，只能供1人1行李进入，楼梯也很迷你，很陡峭，哈哈！老式建筑改建成的酒店，也确实无法改变了。

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"除了老建筑必然存在的共通缺点以外，我的都柏林之旅因这家酒店而更加完美。无论从机场过来，乘大巴往返贝尔法斯特，还是参加去莫赫悬崖的一日游，这里的位置都堪称绝佳。距离圣帕特里克节游行的出发点也很近。5分钟步行有lidl超市。 我会一直记得在城堡酒店地下一楼的餐厅里吃早餐的享受。"

老建筑的共通缺点无法避免：隔音差，我可以听见隔壁房间客人每一次翻身带来的床垫咯吱声。建筑结构如同迷宫，乘电梯到达自己所在楼层后，到房间之前还要经历两次上下楼梯。对行动不便的老人，尤其是使用轮椅的客人来说十分不适合。

"位置离天空塔 和皇后大街很近，天空塔旁边有大巴去机场半个小时 到奥克兰大学也很近的 步行10分钟 附近还有很多中餐 窗外能看到港口，房间很大 床很舒适 觉得那个淋浴的太老了，再就是十楼依然可以听到马路上车的炸街声音"

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!
