"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. "Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

Next time we would go for the new building. The old part is a little bit outdated.

"地理位置得天独厚，有独立的海滩🏖️，有一个恒温室内淡水泳池，二个室外恒温海水泳池，一个合围的天然海水浴场，酒店自已提供海上运动橡皮艇和划艇🚣，有自助餐和海边地中海风味意大利餐的混合正歺厅（我们从戛纳尼斯一路吃当地西歺美食，这间歺厅提供的菜品与外面的美食歺厅几乎一样，价格合理，味道不错的），房间有电水壶咖啡机，海滩浴巾，自助早餐🍳不错品种算多的，每日有鲜榨果汁🍹，酒店自带停车场🅿️每日€ 67，门童友好热情，告诉我们可停对面桥洞停车场🅿️每日€ 25，酒店🏨前台的TATi女士服务热情周到，帮我们一家安排在两间连通房，还提供给我们从酒店到尼斯机场的班车🚌时间表，班车站就在酒店门口过马路的对面，我们订的是部分看海房间，610和611，可看到如画的泳池和蒙地卡罗城景，酒店出门左拐100米就是公众天然海水浴场，海岸平台公园，海边🏝️的各式歺厅、商场🏬和一间王后👸喜欢的日式花园，这个海岸公园是不少本地人日常休闲打卡社区活动展的好地方。酒店出门右拐就是蒙地卡罗湾度假村和一间社区大学以及300米远的法国🇫🇷边境线……，酒店硬件不错的，虽老些但干净整洁，真正需要改进的是软件，比如员工的服务水平和业务能力，就地理位置而言可能是蒙地卡罗最好的地方了，个人认为比蒙地卡罗湾度假村优越，因为它有自己的天然海滩🏖️，可眺望全城美景，而且性价比更高……，下次来我还会首选这家海滩🏖️酒店🏨……"

非常好的酒店，适合全家度假🏖️旅游，停车出行都方便，希望酒店🏨能提供洗衣机和烘干机（酒店很大，随便找个大空间设置一个自助洗衣房是件不难的事情），我们一路环欧游，最重要的是要有洗衣机和烘干机，我们住的酒店无论是五星还是三星都没有洗衣机，这个是这些星级酒店的大痛点，是时候加以改进了，尤其是疫情😷之后，自助洗衣机就是刚需，因为大多数人都不会愿意让别人代洗衣服务的，一个费用贵、耗时而且卫生保证不了，好的酒店🏨应该给客人有选择：酒店收费洗衣和自助洗衣
