"设施比较现代化有私人泳池和孩子在私人泳池玩得很开心两卧室套间也很大前台服务还可以酒店距离卡马拉海滩也很近出门左转在左转就到了到海滩的第一个饭店挺好吃的装修也还可以早餐一般吧中国人估计也就喝喝粥卡马拉海滩一般有一段有泥还有船骑马导致海滩有点污染。不如北边点的苏林那边海水清澈多了"

缺点：

私人泳池温度有点低建议能稍微提升温度没有体温计孩子发烧了想借用体温计测量没有不过附近就有药店也不算大问题距离街边近的套间确实噪音比较大不过我老家也是外面声音大所以还算习惯有点喧嚣感觉有点人气介意的人估计会觉得无法入睡

"Very clean, spacious rooms with huge bathroom. Massive shoutout to Raj (host) after my Google Maps download had failed (I didn't check), I then discovered Telstra has no coverage on Cook Islands (so no mobile data) and the hire car had some Asian countries maps, I was lost - after 10pm Raj came to rescue me from a servo and was a great host throughout. I had work meetings early each morning so didn't try the breakfast, but all looked good. The pool is amazing! Location was fine for me (close to everything) but as people can see, this one isn't on the beach."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset.
