"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"Location, right on a beautiful beach with soft sand and clear turquoise sea. Kind friendly helpful staff, large clean modern condo. Great food in the restaurant and such charming,friendly waiting staff."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

"除了老建筑必然存在的共通缺点以外，我的都柏林之旅因这家酒店而更加完美。无论从机场过来，乘大巴往返贝尔法斯特，还是参加去莫赫悬崖的一日游，这里的位置都堪称绝佳。距离圣帕特里克节游行的出发点也很近。5分钟步行有lidl超市。 我会一直记得在城堡酒店地下一楼的餐厅里吃早餐的享受。"

老建筑的共通缺点无法避免：隔音差，我可以听见隔壁房间客人每一次翻身带来的床垫咯吱声。建筑结构如同迷宫，乘电梯到达自己所在楼层后，到房间之前还要经历两次上下楼梯。对行动不便的老人，尤其是使用轮椅的客人来说十分不适合。

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

电梯很迷你，只能供1人1行李进入，楼梯也很迷你，很陡峭，哈哈！老式建筑改建成的酒店，也确实无法改变了。
