The fact I did not have remote for the gate to open the gate, had to rely on a car horn.

"Great place to stay for a few nights. The bed was BIG and very comfy. Super friendly staff and the patio/restaurant is great. Delicious coffee and breakfast. Also very good for dinner. The servers are super friendly"

"除了老建筑必然存在的共通缺点以外，我的都柏林之旅因这家酒店而更加完美。无论从机场过来，乘大巴往返贝尔法斯特，还是参加去莫赫悬崖的一日游，这里的位置都堪称绝佳。距离圣帕特里克节游行的出发点也很近。5分钟步行有lidl超市。 我会一直记得在城堡酒店地下一楼的餐厅里吃早餐的享受。"

老建筑的共通缺点无法避免：隔音差，我可以听见隔壁房间客人每一次翻身带来的床垫咯吱声。建筑结构如同迷宫，乘电梯到达自己所在楼层后，到房间之前还要经历两次上下楼梯。对行动不便的老人，尤其是使用轮椅的客人来说十分不适合。

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

"位置优越，距离地铁站仅五分钟路程，去运河区和博物馆区都非常方便。房间很大，设施齐全，对于我们这种长途长时间旅行携带大量行李的客人来说，摆放东西很方便，很欣赏这一点，退房时前台赠送小礼物，很喜欢。"

电梯很迷你，只能供1人1行李进入，楼梯也很迷你，很陡峭，哈哈！老式建筑改建成的酒店，也确实无法改变了。

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."
