"It was a good experience for my family and myself. The staff was really courteous. Priyanka for coordinating as well as getting an update of we reached home safe . Theja from housekeeping who helped me dry my phone that was wet so tha it would work. Really grateful for that. Saibu for the wonderful bed decor and Prasanna and Chandu for preparing our room and making it comfortable. Also, Shraddha from Granary restaurant who assisted my daughter as well as took our orders well. To the entire team who made us feel hospitable. It’s our third time and we are always glad it feels like home. Thank you once again."

"Excellent property with lush forest greenery and serene views. Really hard working, meticulous staff that took care of our every need despite the property being fairly high on occupancy during our stay period. Our front office point of contact Saraswathi was absolutely on top, helping us with restaurant, spa bookings in super timely manner. Spa (Vaidyashala) is a must try - very relaxing Ayurvedic experience. A shoutout to the housekeeping staff too which was prompt and personalized every step of the way. Quality of food was notch above rest too, especially Indian cuisines (North & South Indian both). Rooms are really spacious, clean, very heritage design and still fully equipped with all amenities. Our 5yo toddler had a lot of fun in the pool. French press coffee in the room is to die for. Experiences (Bird watching, cultural themes) are all very nicely curated, blending the nature with the local culture of Kodagu. A truly 10/10 experience !"

"Only isolated experience that could have been better - In one of our 3 dinners, which was at Peppercorn (the mediterranean / continental / north Indian themed restaurant), service times were quite slow - staff could have been better allocated here given the volume of table bookings for dinner."

"Fabulous rooms with their own pools situated in gorgeous grounds in a coffee plantation. Rooms are large and comfortable. There are 3 restaurants all serving delicious food and staff are professional, helpful and.friendly. Bird watching walks in the morning are amazing but there are plenty of great experiences to enjoy."

"Price seems to be too high Have been to other resorts in India , which offer similar or better experience for may be half the price. Too overhyped i feel. May be the rich have made it like that . May be it branded like that to cater the few richer people"

"Everything, the lush green surroundings, all the public spaces were well thought out and the Villas themselves were excellent. Must not forget to mention the excellent service provided by all the staff. To name a few (Saraswati, Aiyanna and Saibu, the Ayurvedic Massage therapists Bibin, Govindraja, Grasson, Sachin and Rohit) plus I have forgotten the name of the Naturalist who was my guide for the Elkhill tour, an activity which must not be missed!"

"The staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Resort is amazing. We (me and my wife) had a wonderful time. There are lots of activities within the resort. Food (breakfast & dinner buffet included in our package) was excellent. They even treated us to a special lake side candlelight dinner. Overall the experience was very nice. Would strongly recommend to stay in this (Evolve Back Coorg) resort."
