"Both staff members didn't speak a word of English At our arrival which made our check-in difficult The main issue was the price to pay to have A dog stay with us, we had to pay 15€ for the stay ( which is ok ) but there was an additional 40 € apparently for cleaning. I find this too expensive especially that it was not mentioned on booking.com."
