The owner makes contact in advance, helps to find the location and comes personally to hand over the key and takes care of all guest's concerns - very friendly. We also ate our evening meals at Omar, which were tasty and appetising and more than ample. There was sufficient room for parking just outside the property and it was located a very short drive from the Petra visitor centre. The host was very welcoming and polite."

"We stayed one night in the hostel. We really enjoyed our time there. The place has a good and relaxed vibe. Our host was helpful and friendly. We've got a delicious dinner and some nice fruits in the morning from the tree which is next to the building. If we visit Petra again we will definetly go back to here."
