"owner might not know how to reply online questions, make me worry a bit before arrive.bit easy to locate by map and she is always ready to answer the door"
"Nice location walkable from main city center......room facilities good including wifi"
"They don't provide any water so carry it with you."
"It’s a small hotel on the ground floor of a residential building, right in the center of Astana. The room was small but fine for two people. There’s a fridge, and you can ask for a kettle and mugs. The staff was polite and friendly – I arrived at 6 a.m. and they opened the door for me. I didn’t hear any other guests and wasn’t disturbed at all."
"For some reason, I expected it to have a view of the mosque, but it’s on the ground floor. A shelf in the shower and a few hooks would be really helpful."
"Very friendly woman at the front desk. Location and price were both excellent. Facilities were great"
"Aucun."
"Location near 2 big malls where one can get almost everything. It is located near a nice lover's park and about 200m off the main road to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all good value. Would stay again."
"All rooms are inside an apartment of a tower block. From the outside at the entrance tower block looked untidy although when got inside was all ok."
"Friendliness of the lady, she let us enter the room before the check-in time, arranged a taxi for us and woke up to say goodbye at 3.30 in the morning"
"With Google maps easier to find otherwise difficult as no indication in the building says where it is."
"Location and service"
"Room didn’t have kettle and mini fridge"
