"The customer service of the man working here was like I have never seen. Treated us like his family and helped solve a few of my friend’s problems without batting an eyelid."

"This place is brilliant. It's basic but extremely comfortable. The showers are hot, there's a washing machine & small kitchen area - free hot & cold water. The location is perfect, a short walk from the main attractions of Luang Prabang & good value for money. The beds are really comfy too - everything you need from a hostel. What made it great was the manager, Sompasong. He goes out of his way to help his guests with anything they might need. A lovely guy!"
