"We loved this location as we could snorkel to the beach directly from the patio. It was so peaceful and there were so many places to sit and take in the beautiful surroundings. The condo was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in and the bed linen was top quality. The owner was very attentive and worked hard to keep his property maintained. What we particularly liked about this property was the use of the shared bikes as it meant we could bike for breakfast and dinner at the marina which is about a 25 minute walk. There are also 2 kayaks for free use to paddle around the lagoon which is great. We actually had 2 people kayak past us from the All Inclusive and mentioned we were the VIPs and that was just how we felt sat in the shade under the built pagoda."

"Completely difficult comunication with the owner before coming...nobody was waiting for me, even if If marked before several times at what time I will come, The local phone number was not responding (it was only for WhatsApp - nobody knows about it), I had to called the second number in Canada via my country so I spend a lot of money for phone calls, and at the and the person I called was not sure the door code access....horrible after long long Journey to spend a hour at the door and nobody knows how to get into the departament...and at the end I have not heard even any excuse fot this situation...."

"Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions c'est-à-dire un environnement différent des tout inclus. le principe du Condo dans un petit complexe (Condo Bellemare) était parfait. De plus à environ 20 minutes de marche nous avions accès à une zone commerciale composée de restaurants petits commerces de services et aussi souvenirs. Sur le site du condo nous avions accès à une portion de plage (sable et chaise longue) ainsi qu'à différents outils tel que vélos, kayak et autres. Le fait aussi que ce soit à Puerto Aventuras c'est un peu moins touristique, donc plus local."
