"- Comfortable bed - Late check-in"

"- The room was too cold. - Complicated check-in; the instructions from the owner were not entirely clear, especially regarding the code. - Communication was received almost exclusively in Polish. - Not very close to the city center."

"Nothing"

"Everything. I wasn't able to use the room, as someone locked the floor door."

"Very close to the city centre, the staff is very helpful and respond straight away, amazing customer service. We had a great time, it was not our first time and definitely won't be our last. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this hotel"

"Aucun."

"Location. Convenient mattress."

"Shared kitchen. No towels. Bathroom door requires fixing."

"Nice and clean place with a good location"

"Parking space is limited"

"Just like the pictures, very clean, very good bathroom and shower."

"Could have more charging sockets and tv didn’t work."

"OK to stay overnight, but nothing special"

"We didn't realise that it was a hostel as it was marketed as an appartement"

"I guess the best part of the apartment is its value and that it is close to a shop and a bus/tram stop."

"The cleanness could be much better. Towels are not included in the price (although they were there when we arrived). The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear a lot of what happens in the hallway and rooms."

"Good location, comfortable bed"

"The place needs better maintenance. The curtain rail was broken and fell off completely when I tried to shut the curtains. Water was not coming down the drain in the shower and created a flood in the bathroom. I asked for an invoice and never received it."

"Only ten minutes walk to the city centre."

"The floor was dirty. Smell of cold smoke in the room. Stains on the bed sheets. Long hair on the towels. Sofa broken."
