"The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and were available at all times. We arrived late and one member of the staff walked with us to a nearby restaurant, after checking whether it was open. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe and was within walking distance of our rental car company. Breakfast was diverse with lots of fresh fruit and other options. All in all we enjoyed our first night in Rwanda."

"We had such a lovely time at Nena House with Francoise as a welcoming hostess for our travel group of 4 adults and 6 kids (9-16). Being in touch with Francoise while planning the trip was very pleasant and professional. It was very nice she checked out dinner plans on the day we arrived before hand. The traditional houses are a delight, clean and with mosquito nets. The facilities are basic, and fine. The neighbor bar is nice for some festive vibes and a drink. The food is delicious. Eating breakfast in the garden with the beautiful view on the Rwandan hills is like paradise. Francoise is very kind in informing about local walks and in our case we where lucky enough to be there while there was a yearly harvest festival. She offered to go with us. We will never forget the experience of seeing the ceremony and traditional dancing and meeting some people in the village. If you plan a visit or are traveling through Ruhashia (near Kings Palace) we can highly recommend Nenas house!"

"家庭寄宿的老板名字叫莫妮卡（名字翻译成英文可能不太准确，不过中文发音是一样的）说我是第一个来这里入住的中国人，很荣幸哈哈，首先这里离车站有点距离，500fw打车过来几分钟就到，然后到达之后敲门就会有人开门，房间很干净，光线很好，也很安静，莫妮卡带了我去市场买菜和买水果，而且每天都做非常地道的卢旺达家庭餐给我吃，如果有什么问题问她都会很详细告诉你，还能把你安排徒步，不过我不喜欢徒步所以没去，总体来说非常满意！"
