"Small authentic hotel with a beautiful view of the tea plantations. We booked a bungalow with a balcony, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good, but we waited for dinner for more than 1.5 hours."

The rooms are too close to each other, u can hear each step of your neighbour, especially annoying when they wake up at 5 in the morning.

First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "屋子不大但能满足需要，所有的生活必需品都有甚至还有个简易厨房。屋里很干净，屋子外就是一个小码头，风景很好，而且很安静不吵闹。"

位置不是那——么的方便，当然自驾的话没有限制，如果不自己开车，其实离公交站和超市，饭店还是有一段距离的。去海上悬湖也要走很长一段

It really feels like staying in the middle of the desert with no other camp to be seen. The tents are quite big and nicely decorated, each with a private outdoor bathroom connected to the tent. In the evening at 8pm there is a buffet dinner with a bonfire afterwards. Highly recommend!"

"Uncomplicated stay at a campground not directly at the Lago di Garda. Clean and cosy Mobile Home with terrasse, everything you need for a stay. You have your own toilet and shower in the mobile home. Indoors a little cosy hut, very clean, linen are provided, you have to bring your own towels. Large and clean swimming pool with sunbeds. Friendly staff, WiFi all over the space and the pool. Friendly communication beforehand. Would recommend a car to reach the place."

"The location was great. Restaurant is close and the view around is very nice. Private, not too many people crossing."

Windows are impossible to open. It was a warm summer day, no air conditioning, so it was very warm to sleep.

"We really enjoyed staying at Ursak Camp. The cabins and tents are beautifully designed and create a wonderful atmosphere close to nature. Another big advantage is that you can buy ready-made meals on site, which is very convenient since the nearest grocery stores are quite far away. Everything was very clean, the sauna was excellent, and the food was great as well. The accommodation itself was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed being surrounded by nature — the whole experience was wonderful."

This is not an issue with Ursak Camp itself, but rather a helpful tip for future visitors. Google Maps and Waze often suggest a route through Sinjajevina Mountain. At first the road looks paved and normal, but eventually it ends. In winter there may be snow, and it is easy to get stuck there. There is also almost no mobile signal in that area. It is much safer to approach Ursak Camp through the town of Kolašin and enter from the lower road. The mountain road may be fine in summer, but in winter it is better not to take that route.
